This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status. Credit Card information is not stored, but Contact info is and may be used to keep you updated on any news, new products or promotions. RETURNS AND DAMAGES

• Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of your order date.
• Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in good condition with the original hangtags and packaging attached.
• Only items purchased through onlynj.net may be returned to our online warehouse. Items purchased through any retail store must be returned to the place of purchase.
• We do not store your CC info. A customer Service Team member will contact you for information for refunds.
• Shipping and handling costs other charges are non-refundable. (except in the case of a defective item.)
